Water
based lotions are the most common as they are safe
to use with a condom and easy to clean. Silicone
based lubes are also safe to use with a condom and
stay lubricated longer than water based lotions, but
they are slightly tougher to wash off. Finally Oil
based lubes last for a long time, but may not be
safe with condoms and can be harder to wash off. The
most popular sex lube is KY
jelly as it is made by Johnson and Johnson and
actually used in hospitals.
There are many other types of
lotions other than ones for intercourse. There are
also lubes designed for anal
sex and others with flavoring
to enhance oral
sex and some contain a desensitizing
agent which is often used for anal sex.
It
is best if your subject is nude or at least
removes as much clothing as they are comfortable
with. Then, apply the massage
lotion. It is best to use a basic massage oil
lotion for the full body massage and use the
other lubes like ones that heat
up when you blow on them or flavored
lotions for a special treat at the end of the
massage. When massaging be sure to reach all parts
of the body including a breast massage, butt
massage, and other places that usually do not get
much attention (Make sure your subject is
comfortable with this!). Also, when massaging,
remember that you too should enjoy yourself and
breathe into your movements, if you have good
energy, that energy will be translated into your
partner's body.
If you are giving a
massage to someone you are intimate with you can
turn your massage into a sexy erotic massage. To
give a sensual massage, you may want to read up on
some information regarding Tantric
Sex Positions or watch the DVD Sensual
Tantric Massage.
