6.5 inch penis is only about 1 inch thick deflated. After inflating it can grow to about 2 inches thick. Pump bulb to inflate and then push button on bulb to deflate. Multi-speed vibrations 2 AA batteries. When we tested it (see additional picture) it did not inflate evenly. (Maybe after more use it will blow up more evenly??)
